By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Our gaming mats are independently designed and manufactured. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are original products created by Barnyard Wargaming and are not official merchandise of any game publisher or miniature manufacturer. 

Products

We make every effort to accurately describe our products and display representative images. Minor differences in colour or appearance may occur due to photography or monitor settings.

Intellectual Property Notice

Warhammer 40,000®, Warhammer®, Games Workshop®, and all associated names, logos, artwork, factions, and trademarks are the property of Games Workshop Limited.

Our gaming mats are independently designed and are intended for use with tabletop miniature games, including Warhammer 40,000. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Games Workshop Limited.

Any references to Warhammer 40,000 are made solely for the purpose of describing compatibility.

Intended Use

Our gaming mats are designed for tabletop gaming use only.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used safely and appropriately. We are not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, alteration, or use outside the product's intended purpose.

Pricing Errors

While every effort is made to ensure pricing is accurate, errors may occasionally occur.

If a pricing error is identified after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where pricing errors or stock availability issues occur.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice.

Payment

Our online store is hosted using Squarespace Commerce.

Payments are processed securely by trusted third-party payment providers. Depending on the payment method selected, your payment information may be processed by providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other secure payment services.

We do not store your full credit or debit card details.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, photographs, logos, graphics, videos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights provided under Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
