Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

In this case, any return or refund will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

If we cancel an order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances, any payment received will be refunded in full.
