Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where required by Australian Consumer Law if a product is faulty, significantly different from its description, or otherwise fails to meet consumer guarantees.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.

Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will assess your claim and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to a faulty product, we will advise you on the return process.

If the product is not found to be faulty, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Product Appearance

We make every effort to accurately represent our products through photographs and digital images. However, colours may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings, device displays, printing processes, and manufacturing tolerances.

Minor variations in colour or finish do not constitute a product defect.

Manufacturing Tolerances

As each gaming mat is manufactured using commercial printing processes, slight variations in colour, edge trimming, thickness, or dimensions may occur. These minor variations are considered normal and are not regarded as defects.

Manufacturing Warranty

We warrant that our gaming mats will be free from manufacturing defects upon delivery.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, accidental damage, or modification

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the intended use of the product

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
